We understand just how confusing the plant world is, as we've been there ourselves! We aim to make your journey as stress-free as possible by matching the perfect plant to you and your lifestyle. We equip you with the right amount of knowledge and offer a free after care advice service to all Lily Pot customers, for as long as you need our support. We want to make it so that it's impossible for you to fail, so believe in providing a personalised service and have many repeat customers as a result (see our awesome reviews!) We source, grow and sell quality houseplants that stay "lush" long after purchase. We recognise that all plants thrive under different conditions, so each plant is carefully potted in the right soil for the plant. We also provide you choices by offering a fully potted option in a quality pot with the perfect soil to make it easy for you. Or, you can select our nursery pot option to have the same quality plant that you pot yourself and save! We ship nationwide and take pride in the way we package our plants with the upmost of care. Being based in Christchurch, we also offer a free "click and collect" option to save on shipping costs because affordability is a strong focus of ours. We offer afterpay, paypal, bank transfer and eftpos/paywave/cash (Christchurch only) payment options. We are experts in packaging all Lily Pot products and plants to ensure a safe journey to their new home. We ship our plants on a Monday and Tuesday only, to avoid them being stuck at a courier depot over the weekend. We endeavor to keep our shipping rates as low as possible and also offer a $5 delivery service (depending on your location) and free pick up options within Christchurch. If you are purchasing multiple plants, please email us (thelilypotplants@gmail.com) for a competitive shipping rate as we may be able to offer you a discounted rate that is not available on the website. The delivery or pick up options available to you, will be displayed at checkout prior to selecting your preferred payment method. Please note if you are located rurally, we ask that you email us at thelilypotplants@gmail.com for a personalised shipping quote, as standard shipping fees may not apply. In the unlikely event that your plant/product(s) don’t arrive in the condition you were expecting, please take photos and email these to us at chontelle.lilypot@gmail.co.nz as soon as possible. This will enable us to raise the issue with our shipping provider. We will be happy to refund or replace if they are damaged, as we expect our Lily Pot customers to receive quality orders every time! We don’t however offer refunds should you change your mind after purchase.
